The hotel is located right in the center of the tourist area, making it simply close to everything. The staff at this hotel are very helpful and attentive. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and have a bathroom.
There was one minor aspect that could be improved, but overall everything was alright.

The hotel's central location in this city is unbeatable. We were steps away from all the restaurants, bars, and shops. We could easily walk to the Opera House and Potemkin Staircase, or catch a marshrutka from the nearby stops. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including basic toiletries and towels. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Amazing Christmas stay!
The hotel was in the perfect location for our Christmas stay, close to all the main attractions with easy access to public transportation. The receptionists were extremely helpful, providing us with local recommendations and arranging transportation for us. The room was clean and warm, with comfortable beds and excellent Wi-Fi for streaming Christmas movies. We also enjoyed the festive decorations throughout the hotel.
Room amenities could be improved. While we were happy with the overall experience, we did miss having a kettle or fridge in the room to make hot drinks or store food.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a short walk to the Opera House or Potemkin Staircase. There are also several marshrutka stops in the surroundings, making transportation easy. The rooms are satisfactory in terms of size, but unfortunately, the bathrooms need improvement. However, the friendly cleaning staff keeps the rooms clean and tidy.
Sadly, the breakfast is not up to par with stale toast and a limited selection.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the tourist area and it was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was nice and offered a variety of options to choose from. the staff was very friendly and attentive, always making sure that we felt comfortable and satisfied during our stay.
The room we stayed in was small and not as clean as we would have liked it to be. Some of the amenities were outdated and in need of repair.
